Experience

Cindy Tolbert has successfully defended clients in litigation matters for over twenty years. She specializes in the representation of individuals and businesses in areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, product liability, mass tort litigation, medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury cases.

Ms. Tolbert has served as national coordinating, regional and local trial counsel for manufacturers, insurance companies, refineries and chemical plants involved in litigation. She has managed litigation of thousands of cases, coordinating local counsel, directing discovery and implementing strategic defensive planning. She was admitted to The Mississippi State Bar in 1986, the Louisiana State Bar in 1990 and the State Bar of Georgia in 2006.
