Experience

Amy Pettway concentrates her practice in the transportation law area, primarily defending business entities against employee occupational injury claims and insureds in motor vehicle accidents.  Her practice also includes collections, automobile accident and premises liability lawsuits. 

Ms. Pettway has been with the firm since 2008.  Before joining the firm, she worked for several years at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society as a civil practice attorney, representing individuals in several metropolitan counties on diverse matters including housing, domestic relations and consumer law.  Ms. Pettway began her trial practice at the Juvenile Rights Division of the Legal Aid Society of New York, where she worked on behalf of children on a myriad of family court issues.
