Experience

Sean McEvoy has successfully represented clients in complex litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, business disputes, trust and estate claims, intellectual property, trademark and copyright cases. Mr. McEvoy represents both individuals and corporations in cases arising out of railroad, tractor-trailer, and car accidents, unsafe premises, and defective products, including products allegedly lacking in sufficient safety features, design, warnings, and construction.
