Experience

Sean McEvoy has successfully represented clients in complex litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, business disputes, trust and estate claims, intellectual property, trademark and copyright cases. Mr. McEvoy represents both individuals and corporations in cases arising out of railroad, tractor-trailer, and car accidents, unsafe premises, and defective products, including products allegedly lacking in sufficient safety features, design, warnings, and construction. Sean is also heavily involved with Casey Gilson's Workers' Compensation Defense Group. His representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in these serious matters allows for a creative and efficient approach to successfully advancing the interests of his clients. Mr. McEvoy joined the firm in 1997.
