Intellectual
property (IP) is a broad term used to describe various legal
entitlements which attach to names, written and recorded media and
inventions. It is imperative that intellectual property rights are
properly registered with the appropriate federal office. Failure to
make proper registration will often times lead to the inability to
obtain the full money damages and injunctive relief provided by federal
law. The firm's IP practice focuses on the protection and enforcement
of our clients' intellectual property rights both through transactional
work and litigation.
Transactional Work
The

Intellectual

involving a wide range of complex issues. Our clients benefit
from the firm's extensive litigation and trial experience in, and
familiarity with, the federal court system. Our IP litigation
practice includes cases involving patents, trademarks, service marks,
