Experience

Jim Gilson's trial practice includes product liability, toxic torts, wrongful death and other catastrophic personal injury cases, as well as commercial and contract disputes. He has extensive experience trying high-exposure tort cases and defending mass tort litigation claims. Mr. Gilson's experience includes numerous successful trial results in both state and federal courts in Georgia and Texas. Additionally, he has represented clients in cases filed in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Maryland and Arkansas. Mr. Gilson has spoken at several national legal seminars.

Mr. Gilson began his trial practice with a large Dallas, Texas law firm, concentrating in commercial litigation. He then returned to his home state of Georgia where he and Bob Casey founded the firm in 1990.
