George's practice focuses on handling major cases both
as lead counsel and as local counsel for out-of-state
clients. He has successfully represented clients in complex business,
commercial real estate, competition, employment
contract, environmental, intellectual property, professional
licensing and professional ethics, patent, trademark and copyright
cases. His experience makes him an effective
counselor in mediation, a formidable advocate in the courtroom, and an
able appellate advocate. He has tried bench
and jury trials in each of the United States District Courts in Georgia
and has appeared hundreds of times in the appellate courts
of the United States and Georgia. George is
married to Lois and they have two grown children. He is an active member
of his church and active in the affairs
of his community.
