Sean's practice focuses on handling major cases both as lead counsel and as local counsel for out-of-state clients.  He has successfully represented clients in complex litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, business disputes, intellectual property, trademark and copyright cases.  Sean has represented both individuals and corporations in cases arising out of railroad, tractor-trailer, and car accidents, unsafe premises, and defective products, including products allegedly lacking in sufficient safety features, design, warnings, and construction.  His representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in these serious matters allows for a creative and efficient approach to successfully advancing the interests of his clients.  In addition, Sean heads Casey Gilson's Workers' Compensation Defense Group.
Sean is married to Emily and they have two young children.  He is an active member of his church, serves on the Executive Alumni Board for his high school alma mater, the Marist School, and is a member of the Sandy Springs Rotary Club where he and his fellow Rotarians work to improve the lives of citizens of our community and the world through service projects and charitable giving.
